Application window and refund scope
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The application window begins with the first successful payment and is verified against the ticket submission time. You do not need to prove a connection issue, provide speed test results, or explain your personal usage plans.
Please specify the order you want refunded. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different delivery rules, but eligibility cannot be determined from the product name alone; it must be checked against the first payment date, order status, and this policy. A renewal, upgrade, or additional payment does not automatically restart the refund window tied to the first payment.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are converted into remaining days; data packages remain available until used and never expire. These are product usage rules and do not mean that the refund window resets with data or continues indefinitely.
Eligibility and review criteria
You may apply within the window above if your usage preferences change, your device configuration is unsuitable, or you decide to stop using the service. A working connection, importing a subscription, or using some data should not, by itself, be grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund.
Orders outside the application window are not covered by the full refund commitment described above. Unpaid orders, unsuccessful payments, and orders that have already been refunded are also not eligible for a second return of the same payment. If the payment status does not match what your account shows, request an order review first.
Unusual usage beyond the plan allowance, repeated refund records, or accounts that violate the rules may require a review of the order and related usage records. This policy does not set an additional data deduction threshold and does not automatically deny eligibility because data has been used. If there is a dispute, explain the relevant facts, applicable terms, and decision in a ticket; account status and payment handling are reviewed separately.
How to apply and required information
Sign in to the account used for payment and submit a request through user panel support tickets. Include the order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method, and state that you are requesting a refund. No email address is required; correspondence is recorded in your account.
If you need to provide proof of payment, keep the transaction ID and details needed to verify the order, and redact unrelated personal information. Do not send your account password, subscription link, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. If you cannot sign in, use the login page to resolve account access issues. Other support options are listed on Contact Us.
After submitting your request, add any further information and check for replies in the original ticket to avoid duplicate requests for the same order. If processing involves ending a subscription, handling remaining data, or adjusting a related order, the scope should be explained before the refund outcome is confirmed.
Payment reversals and payment methods
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are routed through the original transaction channel where possible; check the payment channel's transaction details for where funds are returned. If the original transaction cannot be reversed directly, the reason and a workable alternative must be confirmed in a ticket. Funds are not automatically returned as account credit or exchanged for another product.
USDT transfers follow a different refund process from standard payment channels, and the original transaction cannot be assumed to be directly reversible. To request a return, verify the original payment record, network, and receiving address in a ticket, and confirm the return arrangements. Do not assume an address is correct because it looks similar, and do not transfer funds to an address that has not been verified.
This policy does not set a fixed exchange rate or additional fee standard. If currency, network, or payment channel differences apply, the specific handling method should be explained in advance to avoid disputes over amounts.
Payment status and disputes
Refund review, initiating a payment return, and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel or on-chain confirmation; this policy does not promise a fixed processing time. Tickets should identify the current stage, and acceptance of a request does not mean the funds have arrived.
After receiving a completion notice, check the original payment account or the confirmed receiving address. If the funds are not there, provide the order number and relevant transaction records in the original ticket and request a status review. If you disagree with the refund scope or decision, provide additional facts and request a review, keeping your ticket and payment records.
See the Terms of Service for service usage rules and the Privacy Policy for details on handling application materials. Case-specific arrangements discussed during refund processing should remain in the ticket record and do not replace the refund commitment published on this page.
